You’re a thoughtful, creative, heart-centered person, but something has been weighing on you. You might feel stuck, depleted, or disconnected from yourself, unsure how to get back to steadier ground. Maybe your work, mood, or ADHD is keeping your mind spinning when all you want is rest.
Stress, overwhelm, or old patterns of self-criticism can pile on, leaving your body tense and your mind buzzing. Maybe you’re functioning on the outside while struggling on the inside.

I help adults untangle the sources of their stress, find clarity, and build strategies that actually fit their lives. Together we work on reclaiming energy, confidence, and relief whether the challenges are coming from work, relationships, or from within yourself. Are you ready?

I support adults who want compassionate, holistic therapy that meets them where they are. Together, we explore what’s weighing you down, untangle the stress and overwhelm, and build ways of living that actually fit your life.
Whether the challenge is work stress, ADHD, burnout, mood shifts, or life feeling like too much, my goal is to help you reclaim energy, confidence, and a sense of ease. You don’t have to give up who you are to feel better — we’ll work with your strengths, your quirks, and your rhythm to find clarity and relief.
Megan is my go-to referral for those experiencing workplace-related anxiety and stress. She’s exceptional—deeply caring, intelligent, playful, and humble—and understands what it takes to heal from toxic workplaces. Highly recommend!
Jessica Engle, LMFT
Megan is one of the few human beings I have come across in my life who has the skill to put me completely at ease, to create an environment in which I can safely speak about even the topics that have persistently been the most painful for me. She is able to shine a light in the darkest of places and stand at my side as we look into them together, letting me see finally that things are going to be okay.

Megan is a committed, kind, and very generous therapist. I was fortunate to work with her and see her support clients with love and dedication through very difficult situations. Megan is also playful with a great sense of humor!
